The tender commission has named Kervan Elektrik the winner of the tender for the management of the distribution networks of Talas and Talas District under the Network Losses Programme.
Kervan Elektrik will take over operation, meter reading and billing. The networks remain the property of Talas Electric Networks and Irad Electric Networks, which remain licence holders. Consumers keep their personal account numbers.
